Terms of Service** We guarantee your item will arrive working, or we will replace it at our cost. Tracking #'s will be promptly provided when an item ships. Note on returns, we do not cover original or return shipping cost on returns for a refund. On items that offer "Free Shipping", our actual incurred shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item arrives faulty, we will swap it at our cost. Orders after 14 days can't be refunded, only fixed / replaced under the product warranty. On items being returned for a refund, if they are opened there is a 20% restocking fee. MUST be in the same condition. If its damaged or dirty, we might charge an additional repair or cleaning fee. Some health / wellness items can't be returned due to strict FDA regulations. Please contact us before you return to ensure it is accepted.
**There is a surcharge for all FREIGHT shipments going to the NYC metro area including Long Island. Unfortunately all freight carriers now are charging additional fees to service this area. Generally it is between $50 and $200 depending on the product being shipped. Please contact us to confirm if you live in this area.
